Refund and Return Policy
At House of Avocado, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please review our refund and return policy below:

Refunds:
- You may request a refund within 24 to 48 Hours of receiving your order.
- To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@houseofavocado.com to request a return authorization.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus any applicable shipping fees.

Returns:
- To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and unconsumed  in the same condition as when you received it, including only Ripe Avocados.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirmation.

Exchange Policy:
- We do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order.
- We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether through a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Non-Refundable Items:
- Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including perishable goods such as fresh produce.
- Gift cards and promotional items are also non-refundable.
