Tacos Avocado
Ingredients:

For the Tacos:
- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 2 ripe avocados, sliced
- 1 lb (450g) cooked chicken or beef, shredded
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- Salt and pepper to taste

For the Avocado Cream Sauce:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Prepare the Avocado Cream Sauce:
1. In a blender or food processor, combine the ripe avocados, sour cream, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

Assemble the Tacos:
1. Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
2. Spread a spoonful of the avocado cream sauce onto each tortilla.
3. Top with shredded chicken or beef, sliced avocados, diced tomatoes, diced red onion, and chopped cilantro.
4. Squeeze a lime wedge over each taco and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve:
- Serve the tacos immediately, garnished with extra cilantro and lime wedges if desired.
